Therapy begins with a structured 10-week therapy framework designed to provide you with essential skills, insights, and strategies for long-term personal growth and emotional regulation. This program is designed to address both immediate challenges and help you build resilience for the future.

  • Focus on Core Skills: We will start by learning how to regulate emotions, manage behaviours, and address patterns of validation-seeking and reassurance-seeking. From there, we’ll work on reducing avoidance, improving self-esteem, and developing tools to accept the past and build tolerance for the future.
