Structured Therapy
The therapy begins with a 10-week structured framework, designed to provide a strong foundation for lasting growth and change. Each session lasts 50 minutes, and we will meet weekly, ensuring that you have the support needed to make meaningful progress.
This structured program integrates evidence-based techniques from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). By combining the strengths of each, we can tailor the approach to your unique needs, ensuring that we address your specific challenges effectively.

Follow-up Sessions: Ongoing Support
After completing the initial 10 sessions, follow-up sessions are available to provide continued support. These sessions can be scheduled on an as-needed basis or at a frequency that fits your personal needs and preferences.
Follow-up sessions allow us to address new challenges, reinforce previously learned skills, and ensure that you continue your personal growth journey at a pace that works for you. These sessions are highly flexible and designed to meet you where you are, so you can stay on track with your long-term goals.
Convenience & Flexibility
Currently, all therapy sessions are conducted online via Zoom, offering you the flexibility to attend from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits you. Please ensure that you have access to a quiet space with a reliable internet connection to fully engage in the session.
